European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses

The European Commission's current adopted version of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") encourages companies like Lariat.app to adopt and utilize a series of Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") governing the transfer of data between EU Countries (and/or countries in the European Economic Area) and outside jurisdictions.   As of the last updated date of this writing, we are working to integrate the SCCs into our existing corpus of contractual language.
