GDPR Binding Corporate Rules

The United Kingdom and the European Union have adopted versions of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), a regulatory frameworks governing the international transfers of data from the United States to the UK and EU Member States.  Under the current UK implementation of the GDPR, Lariat.app is required to publish a set of Binding Corporate Rules ("BCRs") to assure that our policies and procedures around international data transfers are optimally compliant with the GDPR.
